Opening doors for the next generation
AMYS conducts educational and career-guidance programs, student seminars and counselling programs in various parts of the island. We also provide stationery, school bags and other necessary school items to needy children, so that they can go to school and continue their studies.
Student Seminars
Casual, engaging programs designed to give students the opportunity to explore leadership skills and apply them to life experiences. Students learn the evolution of leadership and personal strengths, how to work with others as a team, and the components of effective leadership for creating positive change.
Career Guidance Programs
Designed to educate learners about personal career development and how to make good career choices based on personal strengths, values, interests and abilities — through educative lectures and interactive individual and group activities.
Scholarships
The objective of this project is to encourage talented students, particularly from poor families, to continue their education without let or hindrance because of the poverty confronting their families.
Distribution of School Stationeries
Distributing school stationeries to students of underprivileged families has been one of our regular educational programs. Under the prevailing economic crisis, school stationeries have become unaffordable for impoverished families — endangering the entire educational process of deprived households. AMYS is enhancing this program many-fold so that more students benefit directly.
